Nick Trim , Director
As Director of Continuum Nick has managed a wide range of clients and projects, drawing on years of experience in the leisure industry. Nick has been influential in the assessment and development of multi million pound capital projects on a national scale alongside nationally delivered revenue projects, whilst ensuring a continued involvement in all levels of sports and community provision.

As an adept project manager Nick has worked with clients ranging from hostel workers at the Street League through to Chief Executives and Chief Leisure Officers, from community club funding applications to national policy development and planning for new funding opportunities. Nick has developed assessment and evaluation criteria and policy for a number of national grant making organisations, including the Football Foundation, the New Opportunities Fund, Sport England and the Football Association.

Nick has years of experience in business planning and innovation, providing solutions for all types of projects. Nick's lead on the feasibility for Hackney 2012 legacy facilities, the development of Newham's Regional Indoor Athletics Centre, the Regeneration Framework of the A13 in Barking and numerous other large scale projects has seen him involved in influential and complex sport and leisure led regeneration projects. This portfolio of work features considerable experience of funding, facility and development planning. Nick encourages forward thinking linked to local, regional and national agendas for facility development, strategic planning, business planning and sports development opportunities.

Nick is a member of the Big Lottery Fund's Panel of External Assessors for England and is also a Diversity Tutor for the Football Association.
